How long will it take for my home to be built?

Most homes will be completed within 12-16 weeks, once construction commences.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to most destinations in Australia (including Tasmania & Australian Islands).

What other costs can I expect on top of the build cost?

Other costs to consider when planning your new home build include; delivery, installation, connection to services and any permits that may be required. These costs vary depending on the exact delivery address. Please contact us directly to obtain a ballpark figure.

Where can we view a display home?

Our BROOKLYN 12m x 3.5m home is on display at our yard in Gembrook, now available for inspection by appointment.

Are the homes built by a registered builder?

Yes we are proud to confirm that all of our homes are built by a registered building practitioner. 

Do you need a permit to install an Ironbark Home?

Depending on your location & intended use for your home, a permit may be required.

As all councils regulations are different, please touch base with us for further information regarding the permit process.

Our homes meet all criteria to be used as main & secondary dwellings.
